Clarence Thomas signals interest in reviewing Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell

In an act of good faith to follow up on what I had written on a previous post, back when only the leaked Alito opinion was available, there is now evidence to suggest the current SCOTUS has, at least partially, intention to overturn certain gay rights. Specifically it’s Clarence Thomas who said:

In future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.

Still, as far as I can tell, there’s nothing in the recent ruling itself that would effect gay rights. Although it is a blow to privacy rights more broadly.
